A judge has now given the photographer the okay to pursue the singer and her team of creative forces who created the video. Both sides are expected to attend a conference on August 10th.
I wonder how this will turn out. If you go to David La Chapelle's page you can see the comparisons between his work and the video. I bet they settle for a huge amount of money!
